As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and personalized support to our esteemed customers. Your primary objective will be to ensure their satisfaction and maintain a high level of professionalism while handling their inquiries and concerns. You will serve as a vital point of contact between the company and our valued customers, delivering a seamless and delightful experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide efficient support for customers through outgoing phone calls.
Ensure customers’ satisfaction and develop expectations.
Accurately place and process orders per Customer Service Representative guidelines.
Recognize and act on the opportunity to upsell additional products and services to customers.
Follow-up on outbound calls, assigned cases, and quotes in a timely manner.
Monitor and implement anti-fraud measures to protect both the company and its customers.
Assist customers with game-related inquiries, helping them understand the rules, strategies, and
features of various online casino games.
Provide recommendations and suggestions based on customers’ preferences and interests to enhance their gaming experience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest game releases, updates, and promotions to effectively inform and guide customers.
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, address challenges, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
Must be fluent in speaking and writing in English & Norwegian.
Customer service or Sales experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with customers and offer a good quality solution professionally
Enthusiastic character with the ability to convince customers and responding their inquiries.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly learn new systems, processes, and industry-specific terminology
Team player with a positive attitude, willingness to collaborate with colleagues, and a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
