Charissa Parsons

Charissa Parsons is a seasoned entrepreneur and political finance expert with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As Co-Founder of Flex Ventures since August 2022, Parsons also serves as Northern VA Regional Owner and Nashville Metro Regional Owner at Venture X. Additionally, Parsons is the Franchise Owner of six Anytime Fitness locations across West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Virginia, a position held since January 2014. Previous roles include Owner of Compass Consulting, LLC, where finance and fundraising consulting was provided for public office candidates, and Finance Director for the West Virginia Republican Party and several congressional campaigns. Parsons began in political administration as an Administrative Coordinator for the McCain Palin 2008 campaign and holds a BA in Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder.
