Thomas Pryor has a diverse work experience in the fields of spacecraft and aviation engineering. Thomas currently works as an Avionics Engineer at Venturi Astrolab, Inc. Thomas previously worked as a Spacecraft Mechanical Engineer at Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company. Prior to this, they worked for Boeing as a Mechanical Integration and Test Engineer where they designed and tested retrofitted actuators, sensors, and mechanisms for general aviation aircraft. Besides, they have worked as an Undergraduate Researcher in Computational Plasma Dynamics and Composite Structures at the University of Washington. Additionally, they have worked as a Team Captain and Software Engineering Lead at Husky Robotics, where they led the 10+ person team and architected designs for drive/control, rover network systems, and long-range telemetry. Thomas has also worked as an Autonomous Systems Engineering Intern and a Flight Controls Engineering Intern in their earlier tenure at Boeing. Thomas'swork experience also includes research Internship in Hybrid Dynamics and Control Lab at the University of Arizona.

Thomas Pryor obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Washington from 2014 to 2018. Thomas also obtained certifications as a Rescue Diver from PADI in February 2023, Student Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration in September 2018, and Ham Radio Technician from the Federal Communications Commission in August 2014.
