Diulhio Candido de Oliveira

Diulhio Candido de Oliveira has a range of work experience in the field of computer vision and development. Diulhio is currently employed as a Data Scientist at Venturus since November 2020. Prior to this, from May 2017 to October 2020, they worked as a Research Development System Engineer at Velsis, where they focused on developing computer vision solutions using OpenCV and Tensorflow in Python and C/C++. Diulhio also gained experience in data extraction, dataset preparation, model training, and deployment for computer vision projects. Furthermore, they developed computer vision solutions for edge computing in IoT applications. Before that, from April 2016 to May 2017, Diulhio worked as a Freelancer developer at Workana, where they worked on various applications using PHP, HTML, CSS, C# .NET, C++, and Python, as well as MySQL databases. Their earlier experience includes working as a JR Programmer and Intern at InviSys - Sistemas de Visão Computacional from July 2013 to April 2014, and from September 2012 to June 2013, respectively. In these roles, they were involved in computer vision systems development using C++ for Windows and Linux, as well as web development using PHP, HTML, CSS, C# .NET, and SQL Server.

Diulhio Candido de Oliveira received their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. Diulhio then pursued their Master's degree in Computer Engineering at the Federal University of Technology - Parana from 2014 to 2016. Following this, Diulhio continued their academic journey at the same university to obtain their Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, which they are currently pursuing.

In addition to their formal education, Diulhio has also obtained certifications in Formação em Linux embarcado from Embedded Labworks in March 2019 and Machine Learning by Stanford from Coursera in 2017.
