LeAnn Pearson Marrale

LeAnn Pearson Marrale is currently employed as the VP of People and Org Health at Venveo. Prior to this role, LeAnn worked as the Director of HR and Org Development at Venveo. Additionally, LeAnn runs their own consulting company, LeAnn Pearson Consulting, and serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors at ReBuild America, Inc. With a background in organizational development and human resources, LeAnn has also held positions at various companies such as Development Services Group, Hive Revenue Mastery, BLUESKY GLOBAL MINISTRIES INC, Ministry Ventures, Bethel Atlanta, and Hometowne Communities.
