Isabelle Quainon has a significant amount of work experience in various roles within the Veolia group. Isabelle started their career at Veolia Transport in 2003 as a Director of Business Unit, a position they held until 2006. From there, they moved to Veolia Eau Région Banlieue de Paris, where they served as the HR Director from 2006 to 2011. Following this, Isabelle joined Veolia as the Director of Training and Skills Development from 2011 to 2016, and later as the Deputy HR Director overseeing talent management, compensation, and benefits from 2016 to 2023. Currently, they are the Chief Transformation, Engagement, and People Officer for Veolia Water Technologies, a position they have held since 2023.
Isabelle Quainon completed their education at Sciences Po from 1987 to 1990, earning a Diplome de l'IEP Paris. Following that, they attended Paris II Assas from 1986 to 1992, where they obtained a Maitrise de Droit public/DEA Droit social. In 2018, they participated in a program at Sciences Po/IFA (Institut Français des Administrateurs), receiving a Certificat Administrateur de Sociétés.
