Florian Proise, PhD, is the Customer IT Service Director at Veolia Eau France, overseeing a team of over 50 employees and managing an approximate budget of €10 million. With a decade of experience in organizational management consulting at Vertone and Abylon, Florian successfully led numerous projects, including a major digital transformation initiative.
