Richard Hickman

Richard Hickman is an experienced manager in the waste management sector, currently serving as the Group Systems Integration Manager at Red Industries since October 2022. Prior to this role, Richard held various positions at TRADEBE from July 2015 to November 2022, including Head of Commercial Excellence and UK Transfer Station Manager, where responsibilities included developing transfer activities and expanding network profitability. Richard also worked at Biffa from May 2006 to June 2015, progressing from Regional Sales Executive to Head of Commercial Hazardous Waste & Environmental Services, overseeing multiple teams and budgets. Richard holds a Diploma in Computer Applications from Dudley College and attended Redhill Primary School from 1978 to 1983.
