Tim Rody

Tim Rody has a diverse work experience in various companies. Tim started their career as a Business Unit Manager at DePuy Orthopaedics in 1998, where they managed a large team and ensured compliance with audits. From 2004 to 2008, they worked as a Manager of Distribution and Logistics at a Johnson & Johnson subsidiary, where they analyzed supply chain networks and led process excellence efforts. Tim then joined Johnson & Johnson as a Global Process Manager, responsible for manufacturing execution and inventory/warehouse processes. In 2014, they moved to Amazon as a Senior Operations Manager before transitioning to Amazon Logistics in 2016 as a Regional Quality Manager. Finally, in 2019, they joined Vera Bradley as the Director of Business Technology Partner.

Tim Rody completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business between 1988 and 1991. Tim later pursued their MBA in Business from Suffolk University, graduating between 2000 and 2002.
