Keith Wysocki

Keith Wysocki is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance consulting and business development within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Manager at Veralon since August 2023, Wysocki also acts as the Founder and Principal Consultant at Kedros Leadership, focusing on governance structures and board retreats. Previously, Wysocki was a Strategic Advisor at The Governance Institute for over a decade, where advisement on governance strategy was provided to 20 health systems, alongside developing educational content and conducting interviews. Wysocki's earlier roles included Director of Business Development and Business Development Manager at The Governance Institute, leading team strategies and recruiting health systems. Wysocki began a career in leadership consulting with Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, where educational support was provided to students across various campuses. Wysocki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
