Nicki Marshall has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries.

Starting in 1993, they worked as a Debt Recovery Manager and Housing Repossessions Specialist at Parker Bullen LLP for eight years.

In 2001, they became the Managing Director and Owner of WSB Property Management Ltd, where they successfully grew the company into a residential letting and property management agency with five branches and 26 employees. Nicki'sresponsibilities included overseeing all aspects of lettings, implementing organizational changes, and focusing on business strategy and human resources.

From 2013 to 2014, Nicki worked as an Area Manager at Countrywide Plc, facilitating the handover of their company during the acquisition process. Nicki also adapted to new systems and processes and achieved target-based results for each branch.

Starting in 2020, they worked as a Customer Success Consultant at Zoopla, where they provided training, support, and guidance to customers, interpreting their performance data using internal tools.

In 2022, Nicki joined Muve as an Account Manager.
