Maria Schillio is currently a Senior Executive Search Recruiter in Global Talent Acquisition at Veralto, a publicly traded company launched in October 2023. With extensive experience in talent acquisition, Maria previously held significant roles at Google as a Senior Executive Recruiter & Talent Advisor, and at IBM as the Global Executive Search Lead, where leadership in executive searches for multiple divisions was demonstrated. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at Korn Ferry, focusing on the biotechnology and pharmaceuticals sectors, and holding director positions at both CTPartners and Luxe Avenue, specializing in consumer and retail recruitment. Maria holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from New Jersey Institute of Technology and has studied at SKEMA Business School in France.
