Paddu V

Paddu V. has worked for several companies in the technology industry, beginning with InMeeting in 2000, where they held the role of Co-founder. Paddu then moved to i2 Technologies in 2001, where they were a Senior Software Engineer. In 2004, they joined Oracle Corporation as a Principal Member, Technical Staff and Senior Member, Technical Staff. During their time at Oracle, they were responsible for architecting and building Beehive Authentication, Security Context Propagation and Auditing frameworks. Paddu also acquired ownership of the Beehive Access Control framework, which they re-architected for performance. In 2010, Paddu V. joined Castlight Health as an Engineering Manager and Senior Engineer. In 2014, they Co-Founded Obeo Health Inc. and served as Director of Engineering. In 2018, they moved to Sharecare as SVP, Engineering and in 2021, they joined Verantos as VP of Engineering.

Paddu V. completed a Master of Science (SM) in Information Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology between 1998 and 2000. Prior to that, Paddu V. obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras between 1994 and 1998. Paddu V.'s educational career began at Vanavani Matriculation Higher Secondary School in 1994.
