Craig Landin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Craig began their career at Orange as a Team Leader, where they were responsible for managing and motivating inbound teams. Craig then moved on to RWE npower, where they served as a Field Based Area Sales Manager, leading a team and driving sales performance for the npower Business. At EE, Craig held various roles, including Campaigns Sales Manager, where they directed and prepared contact center teams to achieve targets, and later as a Commercial Marketing Manager, responsible for implementing marketing strategies for company growth. Craig joined TalkTalk as a Mobile Commercial Performance Manager, focusing on trading strategies and managing the relationship with O2. Craig's most recent role was at Zen Internet as the Head Of Strategic Partnerships, where they developed and executed a new business sales strategy to support the company's ambitious growth plans. Currently, Craig works at Verastar as the Head Of Trading.

Craig Landin completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from The Open University, graduating in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a GNVQ Advanced Business Studies from Egglescliffe Comprehensive School, where they studied from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Craig also completed the Prince2 Foundation Course from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2017.
