Matt Czarnecki

Founder and CEO at Verb Energy

Matt Czarnecki has had a varied and successful career. Matt began their professional journey in 2012 as a Copy Editor Intern at On The Water Media. In 2013, they were an Intern at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, where they worked in a toxicology lab and investigated how certain animals respond and adapt to environmental toxins. In 2014, they Co-Captained a 28-foot Regulator fishing boat, with workdays up to 20 hours long. In 2015, they Co-Founded Platinum Aerial Photography and Videography, was a Founder and President of Yale Launch, and was a Student Member of the Yale University Executive Committee. In 2016, they became the Founder and CEO of Verb Energy, delivering energy products in a refreshingly human way.

Matt Czarnecki attended Belmont Hill School from 2008 to 2014, where they completed their high school education. In 2013, they attended St. Albans School of Public Service to study International Relations and National Security Studies, Political Science. Matt then attended Yale University from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry.
