Sarah Lee has extensive experience in product management and ecommerce. Sarah began their career in 2013 as a Manager for B2B Sales, Product Development, and Planning at Sae-A Trading Co., Ltd. During their time there, they oversaw product development of 2,000+ styles and production lines in Vietnam, Guatemala, and Indonesia, and closed an $18 million contract for 4 years. Sarah also worked closely with fabric suppliers in Korea and China to develop core fabric for multiple brands, and implemented a new digital prototyping process using 3D garment design program called V-Sticher. In 2019, they joined Bird + Stone as the Head of E-commerce, Product Development, and Operations. At Bird + Stone, they leveraged Google Analytics, Hotjar, and AB testing to monitor website content and user experience effectiveness, and led projects with clear priority to improve areas of potential improvement. Later that year, they also joined SUMMERSALT as a Product Development Coordinator, where they optimized the Product Development process by improving tech pack accuracy and enabling the office to review digital patterns. Finally, in 2020, Sarah Lee joined Verbal+Visual as a Senior Product Manager, Lead Product Manager, Lead Producer, and Ecommerce Project Manager. As a certified Shopify expert, they led multiple projects to improve the digital experience and grow online business for merchants using Shopify.

Sarah Lee has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Clothing & Textiles from Ewha Womans University. Sarah also attended the SOAS University of London in 2011, studying History of Art and Business Management. Sarah most recently completed a program in Sustainable Design Entrepreneurship at the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2018 to 2020. Sarah Lee also has a number of certifications, including Project Management Simplified from LinkedIn (2020), Choosing an Ecommerce Platform for Developers from LinkedIn (2020), Inventory Management Foundations from Lynda.com (2019), Product Management: Building a Product Strategy from LinkedIn (2018), Product Fundamentals Certification from Shopify Partners (2020), and Foundation HTML, CSS, Javascript from SuperHi.
