Alison Mooney

Alison Mooney has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2007, they began their career as a Front Desk Receptionist at Kearney, Freeman, Fogarty & Joshi, PLLC. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Special Education Instructional Assistant at Arlington Public Schools, where they provided support to students with Autism and assisted teachers in classroom activities. In 2017, Alison took on the role of Office Manager/HR at Accelera Solutions. Alison then transitioned to PenFed Credit Union in 2018 as an HRIS Admin, responsible for managing the company's HR information systems. In 2021, they joined Cvent as a Human Resources Generalist, a role they held until 2022. Currently, Alison is working as a Sr HR Generalist at Vercara.

Alison Mooney obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with a minor in Business, from George Mason University. Alison attended this institution for an unknown period of time. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Analytics and Management from American University Professional Studies, which they successfully completed between 2019 and 2022.
