Riqua Payne has extensive work experience in account management and project management. Riqua began their career in 1998 as a Technical Project Manager at Sprint Nextel, where they worked until 2006. Riqua then joined Blackbaud as a Client Manager and remained there until 2017. Riqua's next role was as an Account Manager at Ntiva, Inc. from 2017 to 2019. Riqua currently holds the position of Principal Account Manager at Neustar Security Services, starting in 2020. Additionally, Riqua briefly worked as an Account Manager at Nortel Networks in 2001.

Riqua Payne has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Speech Communications and Public Relations from George Mason University.
