Riqua Payne

Riqua Payne has extensive work experience in account management and project management. Riqua began their career in 1998 as a Technical Project Manager at Sprint Nextel, where they worked until 2006. Riqua then joined Blackbaud as a Client Manager and remained there until 2017. Riqua's next role was as an Account Manager at Ntiva, Inc. from 2017 to 2019. Riqua currently holds the position of Principal Account Manager at Neustar Security Services, starting in 2020. Additionally, Riqua briefly worked as an Account Manager at Nortel Networks in 2001.

Riqua Payne has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Speech Communications and Public Relations from George Mason University. In terms of additional certifications, Riqua has completed several courses on LinkedIn, including "Speaking Confidently and Effectively" in March 2021, "Building Resilience" in September 2020, "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging" in August 2020, "Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls" in August 2020, "Giving and Receiving Feedback" in August 2020, and "Improving Your Conflict Competence" in August 2020. Riqua is also expected to complete the "LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Essentials" course in June 2023.
