Shane Barbetta has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Shane began their career at Geek Squad in 2006, starting as a Merchandising Specialist before transitioning into roles as a Technical Support Specialist. In these positions, they gained expertise in computer repair, hardware and software troubleshooting, and customer service. Shane then moved on to Neustar, Inc. in 2012, where they worked for nearly a decade in various roles within the Security Solutions Client Support team. Here, they were responsible for developing web tools, providing support for proprietary software, and enhancing system functionality through Python programming. In 2021, Shane joined Vercara as a Senior Product Support Technician, where they managed client support and played a crucial role in website load testing and performance analysis. Shane then progressed to the role of Lead Product Support Technician, where they not only continued to provide support but also led a team of technicians and handled product-related escalations. Throughout their career, Shane has consistently shown their technical expertise, leadership skills, and dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Shane Barbetta attended West Virginia University from 2005 to 2009, majoring in Psychology. Shane also attended Brooke High School from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their education, Shane obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2023.
