Martin Beijer

Martin Beijer currently serves as the Talent Director at Verdane since September 2022. Prior to this role, Martin was a Partner at Aggancio from November 2012 to August 2022, where leadership focused on modernizing executive search services with an emphasis on quality, speed, transparency, and cost effectiveness. Martin also held positions at Aggancio as Head of Research & Engagement Manager and Lead Researcher. Earlier career experiences include serving as the Deputy Head of the Economic Section and Economic Assistant at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Abu Dhabi from 2006 to 2010. Martin holds a BA in Politics & International Relations from the University of Kent and has completed the International Baccalaureate at both Copenhagen International School and Kungsholmens Gymnasium.
