Sigita Finkaiser is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple prestigious organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director (Maternity Cover) at InfraRed Capital Partners Ltd, Sigita has previously held significant positions at LSEG, Visa, Morgan Stanley, HSBC, and Schroders, among others. Areas of expertise include strategic HR partnership, talent management, employee relations, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and leading HR transformations.
