Daniele Horton

Daniele Horton, CRE®, is the Founder and CEO of Verdani Partners, established in November 2012, bringing nearly 20 years of expertise in sustainability, real estate, project management, and architecture. In addition to leading a sustainability consulting practice, Daniele is the Founder and Board Member of the Verdani Institute for the Built Environment, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting sustainability in the building sector through education and collaboration. As an adjunct professor at the University of San Diego School of Business, Daniele teaches sustainable real estate. Daniele also serves as an ESG Advisor for various companies, including PCCP, LLC, CommonWealth Partners, Clarion Partners LLC, Jamestown, American Realty Advisors, The Howard Hughes Corporation, and PGIM Real Estate, focusing on enhancing sustainability performance across national real estate portfolios. Daniele holds advanced degrees from prestigious institutions, including a Master's in Sustainable Development from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a construction management certification from UCLA.
