Samantha Fear currently serves as HSEQ Manager at Verdant Specialty Solutions since April 2021. Prior to this role, Samantha Fear spent over two decades at Solvay, holding various positions including QHSE Manager, Production Manager, Operations Manager, Process Supervisor, and Shift Manager. Expertise includes overseeing production departments, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, planning production and maintenance, and managing staff training and development at a top tier COMAH site. Samantha Fear earned a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering and Environmental Management from the University of Bath (1993-1998) and A levels in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry from Gordano School (1988-1993).
