Lucy Goodman Madeira

Lucy Goodman Madeira has extensive experience in customer service and guest relations, currently serving as Guest Relations at Verdelago Resort since April 2023. Prior to this role, Lucy worked at Monte Rei Golf & Country Club as both Groups & Events Coordinator and Proshop Receptionist from January 2016 to April 2023. Previous positions include Customer Services Agent at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, Account Manager at Communicor UK, and Chauffeur at VIP Chauffeurs Algarve. Starting a career in 2005, Lucy held various roles at Thomas Cook and MY Travel, including Airport Representative and Resort Team Leader. Early experience includes supporting early years education at Bildeston Primary School. Lucy completed A-levels at Colchester Sixth Form College and earned GCSEs from Hadleigh High School.
