Chrissy Mayer, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Verdex Construction since May 2022. With a strong background in managing diverse HR functions, Mayer previously held roles including Human Resources & Accounts Receivable Manager and Human Resources Manager at Gold Coast Linen Service, where responsibilities encompassed payroll administration, benefits management, employee relations, and recruitment. Mayer's career also includes significant HR roles at MV Transportation, Country Life, Nicolia Industries, E-Z-EM, Inc., and Manpower, demonstrating a consistent track record of improving HR processes and programs. Mayer holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Management from Indian River State College and an Associate of Science in Accounting from Nassau Community College.

THE VERDEX STORY Our Founder and President, Rex Kirby, ran the southeastern division for a national contractor and grew them from a struggling division to a $400+ million annual powerhouse.
