Alessia Carrafiello

Alessia Carrafiello has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Alessia started their career in 2013 as a Junior Animator at GS Bernatese, where they assisted in the supervision of a summer camp program. In 2014, they worked as a lifeguard at Shape Village, responsible for maintaining pool safety. Alessia also worked as a waitress at King la pizzeria during the same year.

In 2017, Alessia took on the role of a waitress at La Croisette while pursuing their bachelor's degree. Alessia also gained practical experience in their field by interning at Aarhus University, where they contributed to research projects related to nutritional biology. Additionally, they served as a nutrition consultant at Studio IGEA in collaboration with F.C Internazionale Milano.

Alessia Carrafiello earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Nutrition Sciences from Università degli Studi di Milano from 2018 to 2020. Prior to this, they studied Nutrition Sciences at Ulster University from 2016 to 2017, but did not obtain a degree from that institution. Alessia also earned a degree in Nutritional Biology in the field of Food Science and Technology from University of Camerino from 2015 to 2018. Alessia completed their high school education at ISISS Antonio Sant'Elia, where they obtained a Scientific Liceum degree in Science, Latin, and PE from 2010 to 2015. In addition, they obtained a certification in CAE from Cambridge University Press in April 2018.
