Justin McAdoo

Justin McAdoo is currently the EVP, Sales, Learning & Development at Verge Mobile LLC. Justin has extensive experience in sales, having worked at T-Mobile for eight years.

Justin was promoted multiple times during their time at T-Mobile. Justin was responsible for launching the Small Business Sales department in Houston and increasing business by 87%. Justin then went on to manage the Mid-Market Sales department, where they were responsible for both Business Development Managers (Hunters) and Account Managers (Farmers).

Justin’s success at T-Mobile led to him being promoted to their current position at Verge Mobile LLC. In their current role, Justin is responsible for sales, learning and development. Justin is also responsible for overseeing the customer service team.

Justin McAdoo attended Harvard Extension School, where they earned a degree in liberal arts.
