Rachel Gerace

Rachel Gerace has extensive work experience in various roles and leadership positions. Starting in 1998, they worked at Space Imaging as an Associate Remote Sensing, GIS Technician and later became an International Business Management Representative. Rachel then joined Knowledge Factor and served as a Senior Customer Engagement Manager, Manager of Client Services, and finally as a Director of Client Services. In 2010, they briefly worked at Linchpin Logic as a Partner and Program Consultant. Rachel then joined Rivet Software as a Consulting Services Program Manager and later became the Director of the Project Management Office. Rachel worked at Convercent from 2012 to 2022, where they held various executive roles, including EVP of Customer Success and Chief Operating Officer. Most recently, they joined VergeSense in 2022 as the Vice President of People.

Rachel Gerace earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1998. Rachel also holds additional certifications, including Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, and completed a Project Management Certificate Program from Colorado State University in 2002.
