Nele Vandaele

Nele Vandaele is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as HR Director at Atkore Vergokan since May 2025, Nele has also held the position of Human Resources specialist at About People BV since January 2018. Prior experience includes HR Director at Cras Woodgroup from November 2014 to April 2025, and Personnel Responsible at Monks International from March 2008 to November 2014. Nele began the professional journey as a Consultant at Randstad from January 2000 to February 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Communicatiemanagement from Arteveldehogeschool (1992-1995) and a Secondary degree in Economics from De Bron (1985-1992).
