Frederik Wouters has extensive work experience in sales, marketing, business development, and innovation. In their most recent role, they work as a Sales Trainer and Coach in consultative sales and digital sales tools. Prior to this, they held various positions at Verhaert Masters in Innovation, including Director of Marketing & Innovation Acceleration and Business Development Director. In these roles, they were responsible for implementing strategic sales approaches, training and coaching in consultative selling skills, and developing leadership for account managers. Prior to that, they completed a Master in Applied Science in Electronics at Vrije Universiteit Brussel from 1991 to 1996.
