Charles Young

Charles Young is the Senior Director of Special Projects & Customer Happiness. Charles has over 20 years of experience building and leveraging operational efficiency as a specialist in workforce and labor planning.

Charles has extensive experience in the hospitality and travel industries. He has held leadership positions in both large and small companies, including Westin Hotels, Carnival Cruise Lines, Disney, and Evolution Hospitality. While with Disney, he led workforce/labor planning for all Disneyland Resort stores and Walt Disney Travel Company. Most recently, as Director of Call Center Operations, Charles led the voice and e-commerce reservation efforts for Tarsadia Hotels and Evolution Hospitality.

Charles holds a BA in both economics and rhetoric/communications from the University of California, Davis.
