Norell Paredes

Norell Paredes has over 10 years of work experience. From 2018 to present, they have been the Director of Operations at Vericool Inc. Prior to that, they were the Distribution Supervisor at Thermo Fisher Scientific from 2009 to 2018. In this role, they organized staff and workload to meet or exceed distribution productivity performance standards for Receiving, Packing, Shipping, and Inventory Control. Norell also developed daily work schedules and agenda as workload situation demands, and coordinated all warehouse activities to provide a smooth and efficient flow of work. Additionally, they were the Material Handler III / Department Lead at Thermo Fisher Scientific from 2008 to 2009. In this role, they worked in a team based environment performing material handling duties within a fast-pace and busy warehouse. Norell was also responsible for executing daily instructions provided by the Supervisor and provided leadership and assistance with the daily operation of the department to meet all daily objectives with an emphasis on leading by example. Prior to that, they were a Merchandiser at Bay Area Beverage from 2008 to 2009.

Norell Paredes obtained a High School Diploma from Mission San Jose High School between 2001 and 2005. Norell then attended University of Phoenix, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration in 2013. In 2015, they obtained a PPI Process Manager certification from Thermo Fisher Scientific.
