Emily Joseph

Emily Joseph is currently the Head of People at Vericred. Prior to this, they were the People Success Lead at Goods & Services, where they were responsible for designing and rolling out a competency framework for all departments, as well as a performance review framework and goal setting process for all employees. Emily also led the implementation of Greenhouse ATS.

Before their time at Goods & Services, Emily was the Director of Talent Operations at Prolific Interactive, where they were responsible for leading the company's resourcing, hiring, compensation, and advancement policies and processes. Emily also oversaw the agency's best practices and workflows related to resource management, and worked to define, document, and execute full lifecycle recruitment best practices and processes for all departments across three offices. In addition, they built out processes to source a diverse applicant pool and helped to remove potential for bias in the hiring process.

Emily Joseph has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Boston College. Emily also has certification from SHRM in SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
