Sony Kaur

Sony Kaur has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Sony started their career at Wipro Technologies in 2011 as a Human Resources Executive, where they worked until 2015. From 2016 to 2017, Sony worked at Pyramid Consulting, Inc as an HR- Sr. Executive. Sony then joined US Tech Solutions in 2018 as an Assistant Manager and remained in that role until October 2020. In 2021, Sony joined Tanisha Systems, Inc as an Assistant Manager-HRBP and worked there until April 2022. Sony then worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager and HR Business Partner at Zodiac Solutions, Inc from April 2022 to August 2023. Currently, Sony holds the position of Head of Human Resources at Veridian Tech Solutions, Inc, starting from September 2023.

Sony Kaur completed their education at the Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning from 2019 to 2021, where they obtained a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources Management and Services (PGDBA). Prior to that, they attended the University of Calcutta from 2007 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance. In terms of additional certifications, Sony acquired the "Certified Professional- Human Resource(HR-BP)" from CHRMP in August 2021. Sony also completed the "Skills for Inclusive Conversations" course from LinkedIn in January 2020 and the "Turning Boring Presentations into Engaging Training with Video" course from LinkedIn in June 2023.
