Angela González Fernández

Angela González Fernández has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Angela currently works at Veriff as the Head of Talent Acquisition, leading a team of Recruitment Leads and overseeing hiring across various divisions. Prior to this, they held roles at Veriff as a Recruitment Team Lead and Senior Recruiter, where they played a key role in expanding the Engineering and Product teams and increasing the company's brand awareness. Before joining Veriff, Angela worked at Roboyo as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Recruitment Coordinator, managing the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting L&D and Employer Branding projects. Angela also gained experience working at Emirates, where they served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Premium Class Cabin Crew member, delivering exceptional customer service and meeting high-volume recruitment targets. Angela's career began at Aster Psicólogos as a Clinical Psychologist, where they documented patient information, guided clients in understanding illnesses, and responded to crisis situations.

Angela González Fernández earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Universidad de Oviedo in 2015. Angela then pursued an MBA in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School, graduating in 2020. In 2012-2013, they participated in the Erasmus Programme at Università degli Studi di Cagliari. In terms of additional certifications, Angela obtained various qualifications, including training in inclusive branding, communication with executives, and talent sourcing, among others.
