Paul Holden

Paul Holden currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at Verifile Limited, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Head of Customer Success at Connectr and Linnworks. At Connectr, Paul contributed to building human connections through technology for notable partners, while at Linnworks, Paul streamlined core processes for eCommerce businesses with a multi-channel order management software. Prior to these positions, Paul held significant roles at Hitachi Vantara, where responsibilities included global customer success management, and Oracle, where Paul created the EMEA Customer Success team and led various consulting and sales initiatives within the organization. Paul holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Portsmouth and completed an executive program at the University of Michigan.
