Charles Hill

Charles Hill is an experienced software engineer currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Verily since August 2022, previously holding the same title at Smartsheet from January 2020 to August 2022 and as a Software Engineer at Microsoft from January 2018 to January 2020. Prior to the technology sector, Charles worked as an Adult Foster Care Provider at Hill Adult Foster Care Home from January 2012 to January 2018, supporting adults with intellectual disabilities. Charles also contributed to academic research as a Graduate Research Assistant and an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Oregon State University, where Charles earned both a Master's of Science in Computer Science with a focus on Human Computer Interaction and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from 2014 to 2017 and 2010 to 2014, respectively. Additionally, Charles gained practical experience as a Research Intern at IBM during the summer of 2015.
