Jon O'Leary is a seasoned executive recruitment professional with extensive experience in building and leading recruitment functions across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Executive Recruiting at Verily since January 2022, Jon focuses on leadership searches and operational development within a start-up environment. Prior to Verily, Jon worked as an Executive Search Partner at McKesson, achieving significant cost avoidance during the tenure, and held several roles at Korn Ferry, specializing in life sciences and social enterprise. Jon's career includes experience with Egon Zehnder in health and public sectors, Boston Scientific in international government affairs, and relevant positions at The QED Group and the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative. Jon's educational background includes an MBA from The George Washington University and additional certifications from Wharton Executive Education and The London School of Economics.
