Tomas Garcia

Tomas Garcia serves as the Lead Behavioral Scientist at Verily since September 2023, having previously held the role of Behavioral Scientist. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Advisor at The Behavioural Insights Team from November 2020 to June 2023, and co-founding and directing DESPa Method from October 2019 to October 2020. Tomas also worked as a Project Lead (Graduate Consultant) at the International Labour Organization in early 2020, and completed a Master in Public Administration at Columbia University in the City of New York between July 2018 and June 2020. Additionally, Tomas gained experience at Mentora as a Summer Intern in 2019 and held various advisory and leadership roles at Buenos Aires City Government from June 2015 to August 2018. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from UADE, obtained between 2011 and 2015.
