Koh's early career involved multiple apprenticeships in bespoke tailoring, including positions at C. Antoniou Bespoke, Adriana Esposito Sartorial, and Sagliano Concetti Sartoriali, where skills in handcrafting Neapolitan style suits were honed. Additionally, Koh served as Cutter & Designer at BERN SOVEREIGN COUTURE, where a significant client base was developed.
