John Egan

John Egan is Lead Independent Director at Verint. John has previously served as Board Member at VMware, NETSCOUT, and Carruth, LLC. Egan was also General Partner and Co-Founder at Egan-Managed Capital from January 1992 to December 2016. Prior to that, they were Executive and Board Member at EMC from January 1983 to September 2016.

John Egan has a Bachelor of Science from Boston College Carroll School of Management, where they majored in both marketing and computer science. John also has a certificate from Harvard Business School Executive Education in making corporate boards more effective and a certificate from Stanford Law School's Directors College.
