Sylwester Szmaglik

Sylwester Szmaglik has over 30 years of experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as a Specialist in Global Partner Support at Verint since December 2021. Prior to this role, Sylwester held the position of Senior Consultant WFO / Implementation Engineer at Avaya from April 2007 to January 2022. Additional experience includes roles as a System Engineer at Geomant, CT Partners, and Kapsch Group, as well as foundational work at Koltel Sp z o.o. and PKP Informatyka spółka z o.o. Sylwester holds a Technician Diploma in Electronics from the Technical College of Electronics in Bydgoszcz.
