Heather Serice

Vice President Talent Management at Verisign

Heather Serice has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Heather began their career as an HR Generalist at CSC in 1994, where they recruited and hired qualified candidates for various government contracts. Heather then worked at Verisign, Inc., starting in 1996, and progressed through several roles. As the Vice President of Talent Management, they led the design, development, and implementation of talent management processes, including talent acquisition, talent review, succession planning, and leadership development strategies. In this role, they reported to the VP of HR and managed the HR Business Partners and Organization Learning and Development functions. Prior to that, Heather held senior director and manager positions within Verisign's Human Resources department. Their work at both CSC and Verisign demonstrates their expertise in talent acquisition and human resources management.

Heather Serice obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Gettysburg College between 1988 and 1992. Heather then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management at Marymount University from 1995 to 1999.
