Pablo Ferrer

Pablo Ferrer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Pablo started their career as a Process Engineer Trainee at Foster Wheeler in 2013. Pablo then worked as an Operations and Strategy Consultant at Enagás from 2015 to 2016. Later, they joined AXA for their Graduate Program from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Banco Santander as an Organization Project Manager. Pablo then moved to Securitas Direct by Verisure in 2021 as the HR PMO & Organization Lead, where they handled a wide range of human resources projects. Currently, they serve as the Chief of Staff to the Group Procurement & Supply Chain Director at Verisure.

Pablo Ferrer has a Bilingual Industrial Engineering degree with a specialization in Industrial Management from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, which they obtained between 2009 and 2015. Pablo also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Escuela de Organización Industrial, completed in 2016. In 2022, they completed the C&B Executive Program at Sagardoy Business & Law School. Pablo also spent a brief period at The Silesian University of Technology in 2014-2015 for their Final Thesis. Furthermore, they participated in an Academic Quarter in Australia at Willunga High School in 2008. Additionally, Pablo obtained the Scrum Product Owner Certified certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in 2019.
