Natalie Pedemont has extensive experience in recruitment, currently serving as the Director at Veritas Recruitment since February 2010, where the company specializes in connecting talent with opportunities in accounting & finance, technical & operations, and business support. Prior to Veritas, Natalie was the Business Manager at LINK Recruitment/Randstad from June 1998 to October 2009, overseeing offices in Parramatta and Hurstville while managing various recruitment teams and facilitating the integration of LINK and Randstad. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology from Western Sydney University, obtained from 1992 to 1994.
