Lenny Alugas

EVP Customer Success at Veritas

Lenny Alugas has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several high-level executive roles. Lenny started their career at Hewlett-Packard, where they held various leadership positions, including Worldwide General Manager of HP Education. Lenny later joined Excite@Home as Vice President of Customer Care Development and Multitude Inc. as Chief Operating Officer and Acting President.

At Symantec, they served as Senior Vice President of Global Renewals and was responsible for improving underperforming renewal operations. Lenny also led the start-up Norton eCommerce business, optimizing its operations and integrating it into global Symantec.

Lenny Alugas then moved to Western Union, where they became Senior Vice President of Global Operations. In this role, they focused on improving global operations and customer satisfaction, as well as the onboarding and performance of agent locations.

Lenny'smost recent position was as Executive Vice President of Customer Success at Veritas Technologies LLC. Here, they aimed to improve renewal rates for the maintenance business and enhance the quality and cost structure of technical support.

Throughout their career, Lenny Alugas has managed large teams and budgets, and their expertise lies in strategic leadership, operations improvement, and customer satisfaction.

Lenny Alugas has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University, a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Applied Physics from Dillard University, and completed the Accelerated Development Program (ADP) at Hewlett-Packard.
