Wayne Keen

Wayne Keen has extensive experience in technical support and services, specifically in the field of appliance solutions. Wayne has worked at Veritas Technologies LLC since 2015, where they served as the Americas Lead and Principal Advanced Services Engineer for Appliance Solutions Advanced Services. In this role, they provided high-quality technical services to customers, including installation and configuration of various appliances. Prior to joining Veritas, Wayne worked at Symantec from 2008 to 2015, where they held various technical support roles, including Senior Technical Support Engineer. Wayne also has experience in factory automation, having worked as a Factory Automation Technician at Hynix Semiconductor from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, Wayne worked as a Computer Contractor at Alaska Airlines from 2004 to 2006, where they were responsible for upgrading and maintaining computer systems. Before transitioning to the private sector, Wayne served in the US Navy for 20 years, holding various roles including Data Systems Technician and Fire Controlman.

Wayne Keen received an associates degree in Computer Science from Hawaii Pacific University from 1998 to 2003. Wayne also obtained additional certifications including Computer Service Technician and Certified Fiber Optics from the Electronics Technicians Association in 2006 and 2004 respectively. Wayne became an A+ Certified Professional from CompTIA in 2003.
