Courtney T. has extensive experience in community development, fundraising, and communications. Courtney has also worked in various roles at Multiplying Good, Mental Health America, The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, and Houston Business Journal.

Courtney T. completed a Human Resources Certificate Program at San Jacinto College in 2012. Courtney then pursued a B.A in Public Relations and Business Administration at The University of Texas at San Antonio. Following this, they earned an M.B.A with a focus on Business Management from Texas Woman's University. In 2021, they obtained a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
