Paulette Hitchner

Paulette Hitchner, PHR has over two decades of work experience, starting as a Human Resources Manager at Geokinetics Inc. from 1992 to 2010. Paulette then transitioned to Allegiance Bank, where they held various roles including Deposit Operations, Credit Analyst, and Senior Credit Analyst from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they serve as the Vice President, Commercial Underwriter at Veritex Community Bank from November 2021 onwards.

Paulette Hitchner, PHR completed their Bachelor's in Business Administration from Texas A&M University in 1991, focusing on Business Administration and Management, Finance. Paulette later pursued Professional Human Resources at Rice University in 2000.
