Ashebe Styles Pierre

Ashebe Styles Pierre has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 1990. Ashebe began their career at Buypass Corporation as Manager of Client Services, where they lead multiple support teams and acted as a liaison between all information technology groups. Ashebe also provided statistical and performance reporting, as well as technical support and training. In 1995, they moved to Buypass Corporation/Concord EFS as Manager of Computer Operations/Technology Call Center, where they served as an informational focal point for all operational issues. Ashebe also managed Problem and Incident Management process and reporting, analyzed/authored service interruption post mortems, audits and customer bulletins, and developed/implemented problem/incident management guidelines/process and procedures. In 2004, Ashebe Styles Pierre began their tenure at First Data Corporation as Process Engineer II. Ashebe then moved to Sr. Project Manager and Process Engineer I, where they had strong experience in Problem, Incident and Change Management processes and reporting. Ashebe also analyzed data and trends for issues, led teams in root cause determination, prevented known errors and recurring events, drove resolution of errors/problems, reported and provided metrics, and communicated with executives. In 2019, they moved to Fiserv as Sr. Project Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they began their role as Sr. Program Manager at VERITUITY.

Ashebe Styles Pierre has three educational qualifications. In 2018, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in the field of Agile Project Management. From 2009 to 2010, they completed a Diploma in Massage Therapist, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Reflexology from Gwinnett College-Sandy Springs. Ashebe also has an Associate Degree in Marketing Management from Chattahoochee Technical College, which they obtained between 1996 and 1999. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: ITIL v4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2020, Project Management Certificate from College of Professional Education at KSU in 2019, and Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in 2018.
